The Purple Check

The distinctive check pattern was inspired by a deep respect for the traditional Black Watch tartan.

To this heritage, we introduced purple.

In Japan, purple has long been associated with nobility and prestige.

In Britain, it has historically symbolized royalty.

Two cultural traditions come together to create a new expression of the classic check.

Not merely preserving tradition, but reinterpreting it.
